न्यूज़ डेस्क। अभिनेत्री स्वरा भास्कर के कारण नेटिजन फूड डिलीवरी App Zomato को बायकॉट कर रहे हैं। यूजर्स अपने स्मार्टफोन से जोमैटो को अनइंस्टॉल कर रहे हैं। दरअसल रिपब्लिक भारत चैनल के लव जिहाद पर स्पेशल कार्यक्रम पर स्वरा भास्कर ने कहा कि रिपब्लिक भारत लव जिहाद पर चर्चा करके समाज में घृणा फैलाता है और उस पर Zomato का विज्ञापन आने का मतलब है कि जोमैटो कथित तौर पर घृणा के प्रचार में रिपब्लिक TV का समर्थन करता है। स्वरा ने ट्वीट किया कि मैं Zomato की रेगुलर ग्राहक हूं, क्या आप #DefundTheHate करने और रिपब्लिक भारत नफरत फैलाने वालों चैनलों से अपना विज्ञापन बंद करवा सकते हैं। मैं इस बात से सहमत नहीं हूं कि मेरे दिए गए रुपयों से इस तरह के सांप्रदायिक उन्माद को बढ़ावा दिया जाए। कृपया अपने ग्राहकों को इस बारे में जानकारी दें।

Zomato ने स्वरा भास्कर को जवाब देते हुए लिखा कि हम अपने कंटेंट के अलावा किसी के भी कंटेंट को बढ़ावा नहीं देते हैं। फिलहाल हम इस मुद्दे को देख रहे हैं। फिर क्या था यूजर्स Zomato के खिलाफ अभियान चलाने लगे और यह टॉप ट्रेंड करने लगा।
